Current positions:
HVAC Service Dispatcher
We seek a talented and motivated individual to coordinate and dispatch our team of technicians as well as take care of our clients. The position requires a person who pays careful attention to details who can work in a fast passed environment.
Primary Job Function include, but not limited to the following:
- Answer phone calls in a pleasant and professional manner.
- Dispatch and schedule technicians.
- Monitor technician progress throughout workday to ensure timely arrival to jobs.
- Anticipate and plan scheduling needs in advance.
- keep customers appraised as to company schedule and requested lead-times
- Ensure all job related materials/parts are ordered and ready prior to each job.
- Maintain customer database with current information.
- Prepare service invoices
- Prepare technicians’ timecards for processing.
Job Requirements:
- Experience working in the HVAC industry a definite plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft word and Excel and Outlook is required.
- Proficient with Adobe PDF a plus.
- QuickBooks experience is a plus
- Advanced customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Organizational skills necessary
- Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
- Candidate should possess an entrepreneurial spirit.

These are PERMANENT positions ( NOT SEASONAL ) for the right people. Successful candidate has a minimum of 3 years experience and is competent in troubleshooting and repair of equipment and systems in both residential and light commercial service markets.
EXPERIENCED ONLY PLEASE!!
Successful candidate is able to diagnose and repair on the FIRST trip out!
You must have a clean driving record. We also require a drug free safe work environment for our employees and customers.
Earning and growth potential is exceptional with base plus commissions and bonus incentives, including uniforms, company vehicle, paid holidays, etc.!
