OUR SERVICE COMPANY, INC. (OSC) is an expert air conditioning/refrigeration and building contractor. We install, repair and service residential and commercial refrigeration and heating systems. OSC is currently managed by a 45 year veteran in the HVAC/Refrigeration industry. Our Service Company is supported by certified  technicians and dedicated service dispatch and office staff.

In today’s economic times, one must constantly look for ways to save money. Since 1959, my family has been helping business managers and owners save and put more money where it counts, on their bottom line!

Our expertise is SERVICE! From national restaurant chains and large office buildings to the individual business or residential owner, we have your air conditioning and refrigeration needs covered.

By keeping our overhead as low as possible, we are able to advance to our preferred customers some of the best service rates in the industry without sacrificing quality.

No job is too small, but remember,  a big job may take a bit longer. Emergency service is provided to both our maintenance or “call-in” clients 24/7. While the company services some of the larger National Accounts, it is the individual everyday service request that makes for a successful day.

Even though the Company covers a vast area, From Central Florida to the North to South Miami to the South, our commitment to service calls are expertly met. All work is fully warrantied and charges for the work rendered is within the HVAC Industry’s average. Our client will never pay for the same work twice, nor will they be pressured to purchase anything that was not previously agreed upon. The Company performs all work with its own crew of Technicians. Don’t be surprised to meet the Owner, Angelo, as he pays a surprise visit to clients’ site, just to make sure that all is “cool”.
